As the days grow shorter and autumn’s hush settles in, you’re invited to an evening of deep rest and gentle renewal. Nestled in the magical, nature-inspired haven of A Wildwood Botanist, we’ll gather to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the quiet rhythms within and around us.
We’ll begin with soothing, gentle stretches to release tension from the body preparing you to fully receive the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called yogic sleep. In this restful state between waking and dreaming, your body finds deep restoration while your mind drifts into serene awareness.
The evening will close with a Sound Bath, where the tranquil tones of chimes and singing bowls will wash over you, harmonizing your nervous system, quieting the mind, and inviting a profound sense of calm. ✨
What to bring: your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, and anything that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease.
This experience is led by Cecilia, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra guide whose passion is helping others rediscover inner awareness and rest.
